Catalogues
- Should you wish to order a catalogue, there is a “request
a brochure” option on the top right hand side of each
individual product page. Click on this option and send your
contact details, including phone number, and the relevant
product information will be sent to you. Alternatively,
please call (44) (0) 2392 410045 and we will gladly attend
to you. Please note that most information shown on this
website is the same as that featured in catalogues.
Showroom
- You are welcome to visit our showroom, where we have a
good representation of our product lines. Should you wish
to view a specific item, please contact us to confirm whether
we have it in the showroom. The showroom is open by appointment
only, 7 days a week. Please contact us to arrange a viewing
at a time to your convenience. We also regularly exhibit
at UK exhibitions including 100% Design, RHS Chelsea Flower
Show, Grand Designs Live, amongst others, where we look
forward to meeting you and introducing our unique range
of products. Please join our newsletter (accessible on home
page) in order to be kept up to date with latest product
and exhibition news.

Want to order at the weekend? Please e mail sales@encompassco.com
during the working week, giving your name and phone number
and the time you would like to be contacted in order to
process your order. There is also an “order this product”
option at the top right hand corner of each individual product
page on www.encompassco.com. Click on this option, complete
your contact details, and we will contact you to process
your order.
- On ordering, once your payment has been received, we will
send you a sales confirmation receipt detailing the products
that you have ordered. Please notify us immediately if anything
is incorrect. We will give you a delivery lead-time for
your order at the time of ordering.
- UK VAT @ 17.5% is payable on all items for UK and EU orders.
Prices on www.encompassco.com are inclusive of VAT. Pricelists
shown on catalogue download page show prices both excluding
and including VAT.
Payment methods
- We accept all major credit and debit cards, excluding
American Express. UK cheques should be made payable to Encompass
Furniture & Accessories Ltd. For alternative payment
methods, please contact us.
Overseas
- For overseas orders, please specify which product you
wish to purchase, together with your delivery address and
postal/ZIP code. We will quote you at cost for shipping
and insurance, and also give you a delivery lead-time. For
orders outside the European Union, UK VAT (Value Added Tax
@ 17.5%) is not charged.
Delivery times
- Delivery lead-time (for the UK) is 7 working days for
items that we hold in stock here in the UK. For non-stock
items, please allow 2-6 weeks. Accurate delivery lead-times
will be confirmed at the time of ordering.
Delivery
- UK mainland delivery of accessories (fire tools, stoves,
fire pits, barbeques, flower canvases) is free of charge
for orders exceeding £100 inc. VAT. For orders less
than £100 inc. VAT, delivery is charged at £14
inc. VAT per order. Delivery of accessories sold at reduced
cost (Special Offers) is charged at £14 inc. VAT per
order, subject to weight and volume.
- UK mainland delivery of furniture (excluding beds-see
below) is free of charge for orders exceeding £1500
inc. VAT (for orders less than £1500 - £40 delivery
charge. Less than £1000 - £80 delivery charge.
Less than £500 - £120 delivery charge).
- Free delivery excludes Fuer A Dentro stone tables, which
are delivered and installed (by 2 people) at a cost of £80
inc. VAT in the southeast of England. Please contact us
for other delivery destinations.
- UK mainland delivery of beds (excluding double/twin beds)
is charged at £60 inc. VAT per order. Please contact
us for a delivery quotation for double/twin beds and delivery
destinations outside mainland UK.
- For further assistance or information on delivery charges
for the rest of mainland UK, Northern Ireland, ROI, Channel
Islands, EEC and overseas, please contact us. All delivery
quotations are at cost price.
Installation
- Encompass will install most garden furniture subject to
prior agreement only. Encompass does not undertake installation
of folding wall beds, which are installed with basic DIY
skills. Installation instructions must be observed. Beds
must not be installed on plasterboard walls without structural
framework to secure bed to. Encompass Furniture & Accessories
Ltd. will not be held responsible for improper installation
or misuse of the beds.
- Solid fuel stoves must be installed by a qualified stove
engineer. Encompass Furniture & Accessories Ltd. will
not be held responsible for improper installation or misuse
of the stoves.
Terms & Conditions
Delivery
- We will contact you to confirm a delivery time to your
convenience for orders of furniture. Please ensure that
there is adequate accessibility for your purchase. We cannot
be held liable for inaccessibility of furniture at delivery
address. We may have to charge at cost for any subsequent
second delivery due to inaccessibility. All lead-times are
estimates only. We are unable to accept liability for failure
to deliver within quoted times, or any consequential losses
as a result of late delivery.
Damaged Items
- All goods must be signed for on delivery. Please inspect
goods when you take delivery of them, and make note of any
damage when you sign for them, and then contact us immediately.
For goods that you are unable to inspect on delivery, please
sign as “unchecked for damage” when you sign
for them and contact us immediately in the event of any
damage. Please notify Encompass of any damages, in writing,
within 2 working days of delivery. We cannot be held responsible
for damages after this period.
Returns
- Should you find that you have purchased something that
is not to your liking, please write to us within 7 days
(from delivery date). Goods must be unused and in their
original packing. We will arrange for collection. Once goods
are in our possession and we have confirmed that they are
in re-saleable condition, we will refund your payment minus
any return collection costs. Goods marked as “Special
Order” cannot be returned. Items classed as Special
Order will be noted in your sales receipt. Special Order
goods are high value goods that manufacturers make to order
and that are not standard.
General
- Oak and wenge timber used in some of our garden furniture
collections contain natural tannins. As part of the natural
weathering process, these tannins may briefly leach from
the wood in the furniture onto surfaces in contact with
the furniture. For 9 out of 10 gardens and terraces, this
represents no problem. However, Encompass recommends the
use of teak planked furniture for use on porous floor surfaces
such as limestone. Encompass will not be held responsible
for any subsequent tannin stain of surfaces in contact with
the furniture.
- All furniture & accessories remain the property of
Encompass Furniture & Accessories Ltd until full payment
is received.
- Encompass guarantees furniture and accessories (excluding
glass) for a minimum one year period from delivery date.
Some product ranges will carry a further extended guarantee.

- From time to time, we may make changes to materials, specifications
and prices without prior notification.
